Rob and Greg,I don’t want to second guess the researchers but GIRD is often talked about but I am seeing the same problems with pitchers getting injured despite knowing about range of motion loss.

I am very interested in the process, of painting the bag with Gesso first, I have just made a fabric creation and experimented and got myself in a Gesso mess!!!! You need to explain why you think the column writer wrote, or should have written "観音石ä»", not "石ä»" in the article.As for 竹島石島, I checked Japanese scholar who's good at Korean and Chinese and he did admit it is gramatically possible to be one island(竹島=Jukdo).
I'm in China.I've visited Tibet twice.I'm a Chinese and dislike our government,but some reports about tibet of foreign media biasd people's view,of course chinese media focus more on viorence without considering the feeling and religion of tibetan.
